ATC won't read my flight id correctly

Hi everyone,

For the past two days, I’m experiencing something awkward. I always create my flight plan and import it via simbrief, and using FBW A32NX.

When ATC calls my flight id, it reads a number before my flight id. You can see the screenshot for more information. My flight id is Lufthansa 2643 which I entered as LH to simbrief and wrote Lufthansa from in game menu before I start the game, yet I’m called 4276 and LH2643. Does anyone know how do I overcome this problem? Many thanks already !

Well I’ve found what I’ve been doing wrong. From in game customization you need to write your air company name to the “call sign” section and your flight number to the “flight number” obviously. Then it’s gonna be correct. Hope this helps just in case anyone has the same issue. :slight_smile:
