ATR 42-600 Can't do a Cold & Dark startup

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

1.7.32.0

After starting the battery cannot connect to the EFB to get ground power.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Every time

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

In the cockpit turn the battery on
Go to the EFB
Notice that ground power will not light up

What peripherals are you using, if relevant:

Can you share some screenshots? It doesn’t sound like your issue is something I can replicate - the EFB has power from the moment I enter the cockpit without any intervention from me.

Jon Beckett does a great video of the ATR startup. 27 April its dated.
In that he goes to the aircraft EFB first and switches on ground power and then goes to the battery switch overhead.

I watched his video(he does good work) but I don’t think that is 1.7.32.0. Same behavior if you go to the efb first.

If you’re reporting a bug you believe to be specific to the beta build I would probably move it (or have the mods move it) there - but even still, I’m here on 1.7.32.0 starting up the AT46 just fine. Battery on and hooked up to DC GPU here.

Then it’s not a bug. I just did a clean reinstall and still getting the issue.

I did submit a bug report.

You mentioned being on the beta, but you opened a bug report in the non-beta section.

Like I said though, even on the beta I’m running it fine, so I don’t believe your issue is a bug at all - either a corrupt file, an addon conflict, or some element of user error is involved.

Got no addons, reinstall should have taken care a corrupt files?..atr 72-600 works great.

I would have thought, but your issue persists and is not replicable, so must be something else. Can you check and make sure that all pieces of the 2020 ATR package are disabled in My Library?
