I think what you’re trying to report here is:
FOB (Fuel on board) indication on center screen is not decreasing as fuel is used, but stays on the number that the plane was filled to via the tablet.
GW also does not change.

Are you sure it’s supposed to change?

I can confirm this. FOB indication doesn’t change during the flight, both ATR42-72.

Just posted this, I have same issue. These kind of bugs are inexcusable at this stage after a release.

The same here

I experienced the same issue. But are we sure it’s a bug?

Because on the fuel system page (i.e. not the central ECAM), the amount of fuel is correctly reported. I don’t want to dig in an ATR-FCOM-like document and I don’t know enough about planes to answer.

I’m getting this issue where even loading the plane through the EFB does not update the FOB or GW measurements on the ECAM. I’ve also somehow burnt through 540kg of fuel in hotel mode on the ground despite starting 2 minutes ago… It’s insane to me that this sort of bug is still around after so long.

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

Yes

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:

The FOB indication is incorrect from the start as it never updated after loading through the EFB.
