ATR 72 Notch detent not able to keep up with Cruise speed (AAU4)

CRZ Power knob

If do anything less than max throttle i just lose a ton of knots and not able to match cruise speed.

Notch detent is not enough, if i use Notch detent i will get like 170 knots (plane wants me to cruise at like 205 knots).
