Brief description of the issue:
if i set an hard altitude constraint, the FMC is messed up with recalculation of TOC and TOD.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
insert the route LICJ/LICC LICJ/25 PAL8A PAL M871 LIBRO, no star. PERF INIT and set CRZ ALT at 15000 on FMC. u will see TOC and TOD depicted. ALT CROSS at LIBRO will be 9564ft. If u set a 4000 hard altitude constraint on LIBRO, TOC will be deleted and moved on final destination. TOD position will not change.
This can be replicated also in other routes.
