ISSUE DESCRIPTION
When selecting START SELECTOR out of the OFF & START ABORT position while on ground power, the batteries arrow lights are shown (correct). However, when ground power is disconnected (DC GEN online), batteries should no longer discharge with the START SELETOR out of OFF & START ABORT position.
In neither case does the ELEC SD page show the correct configuration. If does not shown batteries disconnecting and discharging in either case.
While moving the START SELECTOR between positions while on GPU should also give distinct sound of relays clicking as batteries connect and again disconnect between selections.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
On GPU, select START SELECTOR out of OFF & START ABORT, observe battery discharge arrows (correct). Now start one engine and disconnect GPU, observe battery discharge arrows still displayed (not correct).
