Brief description of the issue:

After going through the on-screen checklists using the PFD screen interactions the entire cockpit interaction froze. No buttons react to clicks, the EFB is stuck, all overhead button interactions are non-responsive. However, the aircraft is still flying and is reacting to Joystick input (e.g., deactivating AP, setting flaps, retracting gear etc.).

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Not sure, but going through the checklists on the center PFD and using the onscreen inputs did it for me and may reproduce the issue.

Happened in flight a few minutes after MCDU freeze

All avionics became frozen while entering legs of a route in the MCDU. Has occurred 2x.

Modifying route in FPLN page and all displays frozen but aircraft reacts in background to buttons and control commands

Modifying FPLN, changing a few things in FMS does the trick. Last one is trying to enable PFD SVS, I clicked “On” and all avioncis are frozen but plane continue to fly

I was adding the route into the MCDU. Happened after the second airway/fix.

Just got it was trying to program FMS after a GA when everything just froze!

Set approach in MCDU, press EXE and all display freeze and all data is unusable. Avionics, com and simulator work.

On the airways page, trying to enter a Waypoint on the right side into an empty line causes the whole FMS/Cockpit interactions to freeze. Only way to recover is to restart the flight.

It happened to me during pre-flight. Loaded the powered (with GPU) panel state, set up FMC etc., then I wanted to engage prop break, this did work. Then when I moved the starter switch to B and tried to hit the start right engine button, it did not react (“ON” did not appear in blue). Then I noticed anything is frozen in the cockpit. Buttons can be interacted with, but nothing happens. EFB was also frozen. To be clear: The freeze did not happen during MCDU interaction, but during engine start with prop break (the prop break sign switching to “ON” in blue was the last thing that worked on the aircraft), so I think the starter switch has something to do with it.
