I think these are the wrong way round - “MAX CRUISE” should result in a higher target speed, “LONG RANGE” should target a lower speed with associated lower fuel burn.
For completeness, given the currently underpowered ATR performance, it’s best to see what cruise speed you can actually achieve and then set that as a manual target - see third picture:
