ISSUE DESCRIPTION
On ground, with engines off, the cockpit voice recorder test (needle movement upon pressing and holding test) should not work unless GND CTL is selected to ON.
By the way, the blue ON on the GND CTL pushbutton is always illuminated, even without any power applied (cold and dark state).

REPRODUCTION STEPS
On ground, engines off, zoom into the GND CTL pushbutton and ensure that it is in the off position (out - flush), observe blue ON is illuminated in either position and even cold and dark (bug). Press the CVR test button and observe needle movement.
