External lights are always on, regardless of the start state (ie Cold and Dark) or cockpit key positions

Regardless of the state of the aircraft (ground, in flight, etc.) all external lights are always on

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

GeForce 3080TI, i9-10900 CPU, Z490 MB

Could you add a screenshot in the template showing the issue ?, it is always helpful for the devs and users that have the ATR so they can better understand and replicate.
Are you having that issue with all ATR versions ?

Also, there is another topic/post showing the ATR 72 with external lights off, so wondering if your still experiencing that issue ?
