Brief description of the issue:
According to real ATR pilot Magnar Nordal, the fuel consumption of feathered engine should be around 90 kg/h and 110 kg/h for engine in hotel mode (link to video)
In MSFS ATR, the consumption of feathered engine is 5 kg/h and 10 kg/h with engine in hotel mode.

Use EFB to set Hotel Mode state. Check fuel consumption on ENG page. Then release the Prop Brake and check fuel consumption again.
