ATR - from/to FMS format error

Brief description of the issue:

Entering an airport into the FMS with a number in the airport code returns a “format error”. The airport can be looked up in the database without issue.

1. On the ATR FMC, enter a from/to route with an airport with a number in it’s code
2. Get error

Confirmed, FMS will not accept any numbers in the airport field unless it is a runway

Loading the flightplan via a COroute, Simbrief file, etc works ok, this loads the FP and an instrument approach which doesn’t seem possible to revise. Also loading a different airport and amending with the ‘new destination’ button of a fix allows a numbered destination.
