Brief description of the issue:
When spawning on the runway with both engines in Auto the NP% is not at the expected 70% but it is at 60% and will also go back to this after increasing it temporarily. It seems like the fix that was applied for this problem was not catching all cases.

But this issue must fixed ASAP, as it’s not definitely normal operation. Discussion (screenshot attached) on other thread already stated that no matter what weather conditions or anything are, that NP% 70.8 should be built up and locked also.
