ATR 72 Main BAT voltage drops to 3V - CHR disconnected

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it? No Have you disabled/removed all your mods and addons? Failure appears with empty community too. Brief description of the issue: Plane Main battery voltage drops to 3V after engine shutdown and randomly after loading in at the ramp. Cannot found a way to connect the CHR bus to the battery.
