ISSUE DESCRIPTION
The aircraft loads with the BTC switch in the BTC 1 OPEN position, the switch is clipping the guard. When removing the guard, moving the switch to NORM (middle), then closing the guard, the switch moves back to the BTC 1 OPEN position.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
- Open the left maintenance panel cover.
- Observer BTC switch in BTC 1 OPEN position, clipping the guard.
- Remove the guard and move the switch to NORM (middle) position.
- Now close the guard and observe the switch moving back to BTC 1 OPEN position.
