ISSUE DESCRIPTION
- The main panel flood lighting appears to be always on, irrespective off the FLOOD light rotary switch.
- The main panel should be illuminated from the top, not the bottom.
- No flood lighting on the pilot side consoles (outboard of the PFDs).
- Flood lighting should not emit blue light.
- Pedestal flood light does work with the FLOOD light selector, illuminates the correct area and emits the correct color of light.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
During nighttime, observe FLOOD lights are always ON (STORM OFF), irrespective of the FLOOD lighting rheostat on the pedestal. The panel is illuminated from the bottom instead of the top. The light is way too blue.
