Brief description of the issue:
The position of the airport and navaid symbols on the ND in Terrain mode are off position from their true location. As seen in the attached screenshot, the Navaid symbols appear in the water away from the actual position on land.

I am not certain if this occurs everywhere, but if you fly in the Caribbean from Trinidad to Grenada you will see this on the ND.
