ISSUE DESCRIPTION
The following alerts should be shown if ON and failed or when selected OFF:
- A-ICING PIT CPT
- A-ICING PIT SBY
- A-ICING PIT F/O
- A-ICING L WSHLD
- A-ICING R WSHLD
These alerts are currently only displayed when selected ON and failed (due to no ACW for example), they should be displayed when selected OFF as well.
The STBY probe heating should work without ACW as the back-up supply is DC.
Also static port heating should work without ACW.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
- Power-up the ATR, establish DC power (e.g. GPU).
- Observe with probe and windshield heating OFF, no alerts are displayed.
- Switch probe and windshield heating ON, observe alerts are displayed.
- Observe A-ICING PIT SBY displayed on EWD and PITOT / STAT lights above the pushbutton (overhead panel) displayed without ACW (should work on DC)
- Observe static port heating not working without ACW (STAT lights remain illuminated)
