ATR Prop RPM affected by wind on the ground

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?

No

Brief description of the issue:

When taxiing the ATR, it will move under its own power, but small headwinds of 10knts or so will be enough to stop it moving, and also audibly raise the prop rpm. Moving the throttles forward, while still below flight idle also raises RPM significantly.

Also, beta/reverse is way too powerful. There should be a sweet spot in the beta range where you can sit to keep the aircraft at a slow pace while taxiing. Any amount of beta/reverse greatly reduces speed. Full reverse seems to have more power than the brakes do, making this plane unrealistically STOL capable.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Face 10 - 20 knt headwind on the ground. Release parking brake. Aircraft wont move and RPM is above normal idle RPM.

Apply smallest amount of beta possible. Aircraft slows significantly and can’t maintain walking speed in beta range
