ISSUE DESCRIPTION
- Take-off configuration test does not function before engine start (it should)
- Take-off configuration test only seems to provide a warning when the trim is below the green band (nose down) but not above the green band (nose up)
- Take-off configuration test, when pushed, should also RCL the EWD

REPRODUCTION STEPS
- Press take-off configuration test pb before engine start, observe take-off config test is not functional.
- Select ACW generator 1+2 OFF, now select CLR to clear the EWD, press the take-off configuration test and observe no recall is performed (EWD remains empty).
- Select trim full nose down, perform take-off configuration test and observe it triggering an alert. Now repeat for full nose up trim and observe no alert outside the green band.
