Brief description of the issue:
The throttle hint assistance in the options menu of the EFB will not remain off like other persistence options like units

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Load into sim, turn off the option, quit to main menu. load plane recheck options menu.
Test 2: uncheck/change any other option TAWS, Units, etc. and do the same as above and see if that option remains off/on compared to the hint
