When you experience the same things, can you open a command prompt with administrator and do a nvidia-smi pls? Like this one, you can capture a screenshot of it.
edit: I saw similar things when we were checking Vram Bug? topics, GPU usage was going down a lot, gpu watt was going down a lot also and CPU usage was going up without vram is full, sometimes full. Here are 2 of them, i couldn’t see others, there was 4 5 like this ones. This one and this one edit2: found another
