Group flights, Aussie style. Aussie Group Flights Team is the ultimate way to explore the world with your favourite people.

Hop in your Spitfire, and join us in a flight from Shoreham over some scenic areas in the South of England, then across into Wales and onto Llanbedr, where we will perform a full stop landing and take a short break. We will perform some touch and goes along the route on our way to Top Farm. Finally, we will fly the Mach Loop, twice before a full stop landing back at Top Farm.

I’d like to mention the Mach Loop route came from FlightSim.to and was added to the route we will be flying.

ATTENTION Aussie Flight Group Participants …

PLEASE DO NOT SPAWN ON THE RUNWAY. ENSURE YOU SELECT THE STARTING POSITION ON THE RAMP.

Route 1: EGKA(Shoreham) EGHI(Southampton Intl) EGDY(Yeovilton) EGFF(Cardiff) EGFP(Pembrey) EGFA(Aberporth) WP1(User Waypoint) EGFD(Top Farm).

Route 2: (MACH Loop) WP2 to WP46 Note: MACH Loop commences and ends at WP16. Simply follow the waypoints around in numerical order and stay low, ideally below the surrounding terrain. You will notice a roadway that follows the entire MACH Loop.

In the Spitfire, travelling at around 300mph, I completed the entire MACH Loop flight back to the airport in 20mins. I suggest after the first loop, perform a touch and go at Llanbedr and then repeat the Loop, ending in a full stop back at Llanbedr to complete the event.
