In this event we will fly the C152 or Tomahawk.

Take off from Lismore airport (YLIS) and fly to Gold Coast airport(YBCG) via Evans Head and Ballina. We will fly at 2,500’ and do a number of touch and goes and ensure we remain OCTA (outside controlled airspace).

CTAF calls are typically made during the flight but you can also join as an observer and fly the route, while listening in on the calls made by pilots. This can be a training ground for flying in these types of flights.
