ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
The “Auto Throttle” sound effect is stuck after accidentally going overspeed in Longitude. It repeats infinitely.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
Only on the Longitude

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
Yes. It happens no matter what add-ons I have.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
It only happens if I overspeed, but it happens every time I overspeed. Sometimes I can make it stop by overspeeding again.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Load up a Cessna Citation Longitude with a flight plan to anywhere.
  2. Fly it too fast.
  3. Wait for auto throttle to kick in.
  4. If the sound effect doesn’t get stuck, try it again.

YOUR SETTINGS

If the issue still occurs with no mods and add-ons, please continue to report your issue. If not, please move this post to the User Support Hub.

You can see in this image that I am not overspeeding presently, but AT is still active and flashing. This is when the sound effect is continuous.

I found just switching the little auto-throttle button on the thrust lever cancels or activates it - give it a toggle [ not the TOGO button ]
