Automatic detection of Modern vs Legacy flight modes

Make flight mode selection of Modern or Legacy automatic instead of manual. It can be determined from the input files.

I don’t think Legacy needs to be used at any time, apart from FSX imports

This is already implemented. Aircraft developers can add CFG params to force legacy or modern, which will override the user setting.
