Same issue now as well.
With the latest version I have in MS2024 (1.6.34.0), I had to use ‘Electrical Bus 1 to Avionics Bus1 On(17) and for Off (18) and 19 and 20 for Electrical Bus 2 to Avionics Bus2 apropiatly. It seems things change all the time and are differant for everyone.
Personal Comments and Observations
As the saying goes, I don’t have a horse in this race, but if you see Numbers like the ones below circled in red - you have a multiple commands mapped to the same joystick button or whatever is specified as the key in the blue box next to the label “Digital” - that means you potentially are sending multiple commands - possibly conflicting with each other or creating unintended effects, every time you press that key, squeeze that button, etc. You need to go in and delete the multiple mappings otherwise strange things can and will continue to happen in the sim.
