B-787-10 jetway connections problem!

I believe there is a problem with B-787-10 jetway connections! did you experience that? what caused that?
I don’t have the same problem with other airlines.

Try a different gate

I see most of your gates are attached to the right side of the planes. Usually gates are attached to the left side of the planes, and the 787 may have the door exit code for the gates on the L1 door. Thus, if you try to call for a gate, the gate will attempt to dock with the L1 door. If you try changing your parking position on the 787 to the left side, it will probably work for you.
