Brief description of the issue:

The ADF2, instrument panel upper fuel pressure gauge and flight engineer’s fuel pressure gauges are lit even with the panel lighting off.

Set time to provide darkness, power on aircraft systems and observe lit instruments.

Additionally, the transponder numbers, CDI To/From labels, GPS/NAV switch label and ADF ‘caret’ and flaps position needle are all lit, as well.
