Boeing 307
Brief description of the issue:
Just like the DC-3, the engines of the B307 have no sense of momentum. If the engines are running at 30" & 2100 RPM. for example, and you momentarily cut ignition or fuel the engines will shut down completely even though the ignition/fuel cut was but an instant. Every other aircraft in the sim will recognize the momentum of the spinning engine and will resume running.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Start engines, set 30" & 2100 RPM. Move a magneto switch to off and immediately back on. Note the engine will completely die, even though you can see it is still spinning rapidly.
