B4747-8 Stab strim cut off switch guards not functional

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Stab trim on the B747-8 cut off switch guards are not functional. When spawning into aircraft, default config is stab cut out switch guards are in the exposed position with the stab cut of switches in the “cut out” position. When closing the guarded switches, the stab cut of switches should be moved to the “auto” position, with the switches hidden by the guards. After “opening” the guard once it has been closed, stab cut out switches appear to still be in the “cut out” position - which is incorrect - they should be in the auto position until they are manually moved to cut off position. When guarded switch is closed, the cut off switch for the stab should also be returned to auto, as that’s the whole point of the design for the switch.
