ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: During anti-skid test, REL lights do not illuminate

Every time

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Antiskid switch - Guard closed

  2. Antiskid test switch INBD or OUTB switch TEST & HOLD

  3. None of the REL lights illuminate
