B737 Career mode engine failure on the ground in rainy / foggy weather

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

Both engines fail shortly after landing or shortly after start-up in rainy/foggy weather every time. It only happens on the ground, never inflight. The issue has been present since before SU1.

And thanks by the way for changing the insurance system. In the past it covered 80% of the 36M repair bill now it does nothing.
