B747 cockpit - blank screens

Has anyone encounter this issue? I load up the B747 default aircraft. Everything loads correctly. The aircraft is sitting idle with all engines running. However, every single screen is blank.

  1. I have adjusted the brightness switches. - flood lighting works fine.
  2. I power down the aircraft and restart. - still no avail.
  3. aircraft engines are running, and I can move flaps, throttles, all light switches.
  4. some overhead panel switches such as fuel pump switches will move in and out when pressed. However, it does not show ON/OFF
  5. FMC’s are all blank
  6. all other aircraft with premium deluxe works fine.
  7. I did a complete reinstall of my msfs2020. In default mode after re-install, the 747 continue to have the blank screens.
  8. I put in a support ticket , but have never got a response from them.

I have exactly the same problem.
The 747 has been working perfectly for a long time, now it has blank screens AND it is not responding to Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke pitch input.
All other systems and aircraft are working normally!

Same here. Everything working except blank screens on all displays including FMC.
Anyone work out what this is yet?

LATER: anyone coming to this thread with blank screens try deleting that aircraft from CM and then - after a Restart- re-installing it. Worked for me.

Another update, more issues. I am having this as well. Most of the times, the MFDs and PFD have the labels but there is nothing being shown that is useful.

For the record: I was advised to uninstall the 747-8 aircraft and then to reinstall it and this fixed the problem of the blank screens and unresponsive pitch.

It will be a miracle if they actually fix this.
