B747 - Horizontal stabilizer position

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: The horizontal stabilizer seems to be positioned too far nose down compared to the real aircraft. The trim range also seems incorrect, with a suspected incorrect neutral position. Attached screenshots show full range of deflection. Second picture is at 15 units (full up), but looks like neutral. Check irl images to verify position and also dihedral angle of the horizontal stabilizer, as it does not appear angled enough.
