I recently updated to the deluxe edition to get B787. But after starting the batteries I can’t turn on the ground power. There are showing available, and I press it but nothing happens. every other plane is operating normally. I don’t use or any other ground service add-on. i can press control+E and everything turns on and it flies normally.
It’s possible gnd power is not available. Light should be grayed out in that case tho. Check external view to see if a cart/truck is nearby.
