Hey Guys,
My Problem with this Sim is when i set my Render Scale to 100% the Sim does always looks blurry like too less Anti Aliasing or Something.
When i put the Render Scale to 130% everything looks so fine but kills the FPS.
I am on a 2K Monitor, before i has a Full HD Monitor and on this it was the exactly same Problem.
Can somebody just try it out himself and tell me if its the same for u?
This annoys me because on 100% it looks so bad to be honest…
Sry if somebody dont understand what i mean my english is pretty bad
Regrets, Christoph
post screen shots of your graphics settings
I am not at my Computer now but i have everything on Ultra.
Yeah, because with DLSS and TXAA it even looks more worse, the only settings that works is render scale put to 120-130.
Make sure you have a Display port adapter rather than a HDMI input, if possible.
Try switching your sources on your monitor , just cycle through them.
show us your graphic settings / camera settings a few screenshots of how things look.
My Monitor is connected via DP.
Yeah i will post Screenshots to compore tomorrow
On every other game it is just fine, it‘s just the render scale setting( i think its bugged or something)

Thanks for your post, Christoph. Unfortunately, you are going to have to be a bit more clear (forgive the pun) about what specifically is the problem.
Is it the picture as a whole, is this just with MSFS and not other titles? Could you be using GPU software that could affect the quality of the picture like texture resolution settings in the Nvidia control panel?
MSFS graphics is a pretty complicated beast to break down, aspects of the textures are not super high resolution like ground textures at altitude and 3D volumetric clouds which would require crazy GPU power to make it look a lot more realistic.
Please provide some PNG screenshots and maybe we can have a look for ourselves
Yeah i will try to tell u with the screenshots tomorrow, no i just mean the game itself, everything else is looking perfect… just the game itself looks blurry and not good at 100% Render Scale
You’re not having the graphics setting resolution at 1080p, right? You said you had a 1080p monitor before, and if you switched to a 1440p monitor, you need to reset the resolution to the new monitor native resolution because I don’t think it’ll do it automatically.
There’s no DLSS.
It doesn’t make sense, though I play at 4K at 100% scale, and I have no issues with clarity. There’s definitely something else going on in your setting.
I have changed it to the new Resolution manuell, yeah DLSS was my bad.
No i have everything set to maximum and in the Sim i have set my Nativ Resolution of the Monitor
Guess: You have an ultrawide and the MSFS resolution is set to 2560x1440 instead of 3440x1440.
No i don‘t have a Ultrawide
Ensure that you base screen resolution is the same as your in game resolution. I have the same issue whilst using a 4k 49” TV . It’s horrid if I don’t ensure both resolutions match. Windows and the simulator.
Just a thought.
And please realize “Fullscreen” in the settings actually means “Borderless Window”.
The render output will show the resolution selected, but your monitor will still be on the Windows Desktop resolution.
You should check if your GPU Driver settings are set to default, i know a lot of people played with sharpness, grain and stuff settings month ago to get rid of the pixelated reflections and clouds things.
Yes! Nvidia G force exp once reduced my settings in the background and I end up with very bad graphics
