Bad performances and stutters despite of good components

Description of the issue:

Hello all,
Each time I launch MSFS, whatever the plane or airport, sutters are present and the performance is very low given the configuration of my computer. (see pictures below).

you have the render scaling on 200% in which the sim is trying to render 6880x2880. drop that back to 100% (you are already in 4k)
That should help a lot.
If you still need more “frames” hit the default settings button, make sure its stable, then work up from there, slowly increasing settings again.

How does an ultrawide monitor handle 3840x2160 (4K)?

As an experiment, I would re-do those exact scenarios again, but drop your TLOD from 200 to 100 and see what your FPS change is (you are main thread limited so changes to TLOD and Traffic would make the most impact).

Not sure what airport you were at, but I tried cold and dark at KORD with Ed Force One. Live weather. i5-13600K, RTX3090, 64GB 3600 MT/s, 3440x1440, no resolution scaling. Most settings ULTRA.
