Badges in MSFS

Does anyone have a list (or, even better) a set of screen shots of what the badges are in the sim, please?

I’m not talking about ‘achievements’, which of course we can all see, but what you need to do to gain a badge, the middle window in the profile screen.

maybe we all get the iron downloader badge today …

honestly, never heard of badges, simply no idea what that is for …

Badges:
Profile -> Pilot Profile
… and there is the Badges menu in the middle.
