BAe 146 Control Column Locked

I’m at cruise altitude and pressing the microphone to turn off control lock but it’s not working. i cannot move the control column now, nothing happens when I press the microphone.

how can I unlock it, i’m going to die otherwise :open_mouth:

EDIT: the autopilot can move the control column, weird!. and yes my joystick is working

This is probably far too late, but you may have locked the controls by popping the options down in the EFB, some things there count as modal dialogs.
