Technically Ocean Cay doesn’t even have a grass strip, at least based on overheads from multiple mapping sources. It’s a private beach island for MSC Cruise Lines, but lists an 1800’ or so rough field. I was a little cautious and executed full flaps, max power T/O even though the Skyhawk is technically rated to clear a 50’ in less than that run. Never been to most of these places IRL, but based on videos, there’s a lot more development than what’s portrayed today. Perhaps a Carribean/Central America World Update?
