Brief description of the issue:
Since day one I have the following problem on ALL planes (even 3th party, like pmdg dc6, justflight piper, etc. :
The plane autopilot altitude hold always holds altitude based on baro setting 29.92, and doesn’t take into account other baro settings.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Baro 29.92, altitude hold at 4000ft, plane shows altitude hold at 4000ft on altimeter.
Baro 30.00, altitude hold at 4000ft, plane descends and shows altitude hold at ± 3980ft on altimeter.
