This is why I always clean install Windows. Hahaha. Been using Windows 11 on all my desktop and laptop computers since July last year, even on an unsupported 10-year old 3rd gen Intel CPU. And I never noticed anything like this. But none of them are HP laptops, though. I’ve stopped using them since 2011 due to its poor reliability across all their Laptop product line.

11 works fine on my laptop, but so does 10, and I still prefer that.
