The altitude bug for the auto pilot is missing from the Beechcraft Baron

This is known issue but you need also check in real type if this is also true. On other side, you can set inside Controls set Alt +/- to your joystick or keyboard. Working perfectlly.
So how do you dial in the target altitude with the missing altitude knob?
