I’ve just “discovered” this aircraft after having it sat around in my hanger for over a year unloved and unflown.
What a peach! Especially with the G1000NXi mod. Not particularly sexy looking, a bit stumpy really, but its range and performance outweighs the negatives. Just taken a 2 hour flight over central Russia. I think I’ve just found my next circumnavigation boat.
I agree about everything except it’s looks.
In my opinion, it’s the Tomcat of general aviation… (Don’t laugh!)
The G58 is my fav aircraft in the game. In VR it’s amazing, the textures and bumps on the wings are so real. You get the dual engine management fun , performance and clear view in front of you (no propeller). Personally, I like the way it looks too 
And with the new G1000NXI (0.5.0), just wow, it’s phenomenal.
Agreed, the Baron is a great airplane. 300hp / side, 1,400nm range, big aft doors, nose baggage, on-board weather radar, de-ice boots, etc… If only I had a spare $1.3 Mil.
I’ve always loved the Baron, I only wish they had offered a choice of steam gauges or G1000 like they did in FSX.
I second that, id love to see it with and old steamgauge cockpit. Maybe somene will make an addon for it
Yes i am also a big fan of this aircraft, always been one of my faves even in FSX & x plane 11.
My new honeycombe Bravo Throttle makes it even more fun.
The thing climbs like a bat out of hell. Would love it if they added working prop sync.
Prop sync was broken in SU5, I believe. Or at least one of the recent updates. The switch in the cockpit worked prior to that.
Prop sync actually still works if you’re using an external device that maps to a SimConnect event. It’s just the virtual cockpit switch that’s now INOP, even though the functionality is still there. I don’t expect to see them fix that any time soon.

Like in all planes in this Simulator the Leaning isnt simulated or wrong simulated?
Have you switched off the auto-lean option? The G1000 mod that was available before the NXi hit the marketplace had the gauges you needed to accurately lean the engines. I guess they will appear eventually on the NXi
I wish I could like the baron, but the flight model is so unrealistic. It is MASSIVELY overpowered. I wish they would let modders at it to fix it.
