Beechcraft Baron G58. G1000 menus missing, cowl flaps and lights

I feel like an unpaid crash test dummy.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

  1. G1000 engine sub menu showing CHT, EGT, remaining fuel in gallons, fuel flow, etc is missing, This menu works in the C172.

  2. Exterior lights look like they are off, though they light up the ground.

  3. Cowl flaps don’t work.

Is anyone even able to turn the AP on? For me the modes will change, but pressing AP does nothing, it won’t engage at all.

Autopilot is working for me. But I do engage it from the Honeycomb Bravo.

Cowl flaps are stuck open in exterior mode for me

My thought is that the MFD is the old pre-Working Title one and not the WT version, if you put the MSFS 2020 G58 in the MSFS 2024 Community Folder it has the WT version with the additional engine information.

there is a even light that wont turn off that shines on the whole interior. this is not the phantom spotlight, it is even and covers the entire cokpit, even with the aircraft power off. doesnt seem to cast reflections on the glass, so night flying isnt too bad, but it is impossible to dim the cockpit lights to total darkness. another phantom light source. its definitly a bug.

Also, standard inability to dim the MFDs. they have a mind of their own as to when they want to be dim or bright. It mostly works, but twilight is difficult with two washed out screens.

Also, can confirm cowl flaps do nothing. left one open, one closed on a long trip and saw no changes in any temps. also, they both showed open on the exterior view, regardless of setting.
