Beechcraft C90GTx - DC generation is not working properly - Battery does not charge

Hello, It had been a long time since I had used the C90GTx in the game, so I decided to fly at night with it, but after setting my flight plan on the ground and starting my engines to move towards the runway, my cockpit started flashing, as did my headlights.

I checked that my battery and both generators were switched on, then I opened the system display on the MFD and saw that the generator was acting up and flashing between 0 and 450A and between 0 and 30V without charging my battery (which gradually drained until the plane was flashing like a Christmas tree). See below video.

I love this aircraft, but I don’t understand what’s going on. Can you help me?

For your information, I tried running the engines at full throttle with the setting on HIGH IDLE, but it didn’t charge my battery…

If you restart the sim does it go away?

Might be a similar issue to the post I did here: PC-24 Battery Fault SU2 - Bug Reporting Hub / Aircraft & Systems - Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums

Its linked to the lights, and turning the lights on via a key or binding to the joystick. If you turn them on manually inside the cockpit all works ok. Is this the same here?

No, exactly the same, christmas tree

I’m always setting the lights manually in the cockpit, it’s not coming from that. There is a clear issue with DC generation and electrical system for sure (flashing all the time) but I did find a solution:
I didn’t follow correcly the checklist and let the “ignition and engine start” ON, it was eating my battery.
Also, playing with the lights and STBY BATT did stabilize the flashing A and V of the DC generation but it seems very random, couldn’t repeat it.

Starting the aircraft using the automated procedure CTRL+E and no issue. So yes, probably a missing step in the checklist as you mentioned.

I have just tried this plane on PS5. First start, exactly according to EFB procedure, same flickering started suddenly during taxi. I have stopped, browsed internet for a moment and found this thread. turned everything off using quick key, turned back on, this time also with quick key as recommended. Flickering stopped but PFD did not start (remained black), as well as the CDU between pilot and first officer. I could not bring them back up. Only simulation restart helped.
