How do I get better fuel milage out of this airplane ???

Depends on many things.

Flight level/altitude

Wind direction

Load

Prop settings

Mixture settings

Speed you are going

Turboprops have gas turbine engines which are gas guzzlers. Choice of cruise altitude will make the largest impact on fuel efficiency, followed only by winds aloft. In general, the higher the better within the performance envelope of the turbine aircraft. Turboprops, in general, live in the middle altitudes above piston GA aircraft and below Turbojet/Turbofan powered aircraft, think FL180-280. Of course, good flight planning around the length of the trip, payload, winds aloft, and descent planning frame the problem of how high to go to save fuel.

Thanks for the feed back. Glen

Ok so these are flight planning problems. Do you have access to a web browser where you can potentially use SimBrief.com - Virtual Flight Planning Solutions to think through flight planning?
