Brief description of the issue:
The HSI and clock instrument lighting does not operate when the instrument lights are turned on. They are the only gauges on the instrument panel that remain dark.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Load C&D into D18S, turn on batteries, turn up all lighting rheostats, set time of day for darkness, observe HSI and clock remain dark.
