Brief description of the issue:

The sprag clutch does not disengage the rotor from the engine.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

After starting the engine increase rpm to runup (2200) and then quickly roll off the throttle to test clutch. The engine rpm should drop immediately and the rotor rpm should only drop slightly. Currently, the engine and rotor rpm needles stay “mated” and the rpm of both drops very slowly when the throttle is rolled off.
